can someone please advise me why moderators can be on the site and remain hidden when they delete an post or edit it - surely they should be seen so if the person concerned wants to pm about it they can


it appears to many that there is selective censorship operating here and some clarification would be much appreciated

The decision to remove objectionable material by moderators and administrators is to be considered a 'group decision'.

Moderators and administrators can be often be abused for their decisions, so it is only fair that they can remain hidden.

If you object to the removal of content please contact any moderator or administrator to discuss the issue.
