Do you mean that none of them are showing orange when there are new posts? Sometimes if people visit the site to read a PM, if they don't stop to read the latest posts at the same time, then the next time they visit, the site will assume that they have read everything they wanted to read last time and so they will miss those posts as they will not show up orange.
When I come on the site, I always click on 'view posts since last visit', but if I come on just to read a PM, then I always try to remember to look at the posts at the same time, otherwise some can get missed.
I think that all makes sense
