From the same article in 'Now' magazine's edition of 16/07/03, Alex adds....

''Ray must be pleased that he's head of the house because it means he's in there almost until the end. Being in charge should help him more than hinder him, but he needs to stay away from the cider and stop ********** in the bedroom. Girls keep telling me they love him, so if a bolshy ****** flips your switch, vote for him to win.''

Alex... you're a star !!!

ALEX IS SPOT-ON ,AS USUAL.
AND AS FOR THE "BOMB"....WELL, I WOULDN'T PUT IT PAST THEM,
WOULD YOU??

I must admit, it had crossed my mind!

I can imagine it cost C4 & endemol a lot of time and money they had to re-schedule 2 nights of TV to fit in the evictions... Plus keeping the 3 evictees families in accomodation, keeping the press entertained etc...NAH Alex is as ever in his own little world! Would be HYSTERICAL if C4 pulled him up on it!!

It crossed my mind as it did pretty much everyones no doubt - but I cant imagine they wouldve gone to the extent that they did if they wanted to boost ratings they wouldve had the evictions an hour or so later not the following day - which was a Saturday so I cant imagine many people got to see it!

Im sure Gos would have something to say about the fact that he had no crowd whatsoever on his eviction night too!!

They would have planned it for another night surely.
Thurday night would have been good cos then everyone would want to watch the eviction show to see what happened.

Alex said he felt sorry for Gos, who although may have been a bit dull on BB, seemed like a really nice guy.

He also said he THOUGHT the bomb scare MAY HAVE been a stunt, he didn't say that it was one. he was expressing an opnion, not stating a fact, As far as I'm aware there is a difference.

BTW if it was a stunt, it worked, I watched just to see what happened so thats at least one extra viewer they got ()^

::lol::

Or staged it earlier in the day so everyone tuned in that night - then juggled the programs round to get the eviction in too....it's all to elaborate and costly to be staged! :roll:

I agree Obo.

They would also have had somewhere to put the housemates..it was obvious that they were panicking for a bit.

Sibley is fab-was a main supporter of this anal retentive human during BB3. Glad to see he is still making OTT statements, regardless of what effect it has on himself and others. He is right about Gos-dull in the house but definately coming across as a top bloke outside the rat lab.
