Some people paid good money to evict him... So it would not be fair on them - if he could now win...

He has make enough money since leaving BB house 3 weeks ago and knows he will now make more, so why worry about the 70g prize money...

It won't work. Viewers chose to evict Jon because they didn't like him. There would be thousands of complaints if he was given a 2nd chance, because viewers wasted all their money on getting him out. Also, imagine how you would feel if you were in the final 2 with Jon and he won.

Sorry, but no way on earth will that petition work!

I get the feeling he prefers it the way it is. He knows that hes liked outside the house and is quite content to do a bit of mixing. By not being eligible to win he has nothing to lose so can do and say pretty much what he likes

Whether Jon being evicted was by default is debatable, the producers of BB definately shot themselves in the foot with that stupid double eviction. However, I don't think Jon CARES about the 70 K now and the fact he's in the house is enough for me.
I liked Jon from the beginning and thought deserved to win BUT he was evicted and so the money is forfeited. He won't need it anyway because he's a telly natural.
I can see him taking over 'The Sky at Night' when Patrick Moore shuffles off this mortal coil.
