It tends to get like that during the big brother season. Some of the insults are unbeleivable when big brother starts. I don't really care if they come here or not, i'm not supporting/voting for Maxwell, so they can take that anyway they like.

I don't really care about the insults as long as it doesn't get personal. We can slag/hate/like/love/adore/dislike/bitch about housemates because that's the reason why they are all in BB. To be bitched/adored by the audience. But we certainly can't slag/bitch about other posters/fans - because we all are here just to have fun. Not to be the source of fun for other people. That's how I look at it. But sadly, some message boards don't apply this. The moderators allow chavvy behaviour to intimidate other posters.

It's good that so far here, no posters attack another posters. Everyone is only slaying/bitching about the housemates. :D

Yep your right, but there are people out there that slag other people because of jealousy maybe. Anyway, onto the subject of big brother now :D

There have been examples of personal bitching between forum members, but a quick PM to one of the mods usually sorts it pretty quickly.
Thing with the sites this time of year is they get ridiculously hard to police(even if you have full time staff and most rely on good will)Most rely on the good will of posters to make it a nice environmemt and to report anything that upsets you as soon as possible.I had a problem with a post today and it was sorted literally in minutes without having to get personal :D

I think if there's a problem with a poster or post, then the mods should sort it out, or maybe like you said, a quick PM to a mod about it and there you go. Not wanting to be outspoken seeing as though i haven't been a member very long, but i'm not really keen on this self appointed forum police thing, they had this at the last forum i was on, and it just gave one a big ego. I agree with you on the PMing a mod thing though.
