Science threw a bin, but Science didn't actually make a MOVE towards Maxwell. It's an act of being annoyed rather than trying to physically intimidate.
Roberto threw food on Maxwell head because Maxwell LITERALLY chased Roberto all over the place. Yes, Maxwell chased Roberto while Roberto was trying very hard to avoid him. So, basically it was Maxwell who was trying to intimidate Roberto!
What Maxwell did to Kemal was totally on a different level. Maxwell went aggressively to Kemal. He threw the water right on the face - from 3 inches distance. No human culture would ever tolerate this kind of behaviour. And, Maxwell PHYSICALLY threatened him. Maxwell also did try to grab Kemal - and we could see the horror in Kemal's face.
Did I know Maxwell in real life? Maxwell did say that he would TOTALLY be HIMSELF during his stay at BB house. Well, I don't think that he's lying. So, what we see is who he is. That's him. In real life, where there's no camera: I AM TOTALLY CONVINCED that he would have tampered his housemate food. NO DOUBT about this.
