Depends on what context you're associating the entertainment with. Literal meaning is not the best way to define it, because 'entertainment value' is very contextual.
Reality TV like BB is about the dynamic of human relationship. How people socialise and behave in a 'created' community. We need a lot of variety (personality-wise) to make the dynamic really moves and keeps evolving. I'm not saying that Makosi is the most interesting personality to watch there (I wouldn't watch BB if everyone behaves like her!). But her bold, loud and strong character contributes a lot to the dynamic in the house.
Whether you like it or hate it, that's the element that brings the entertainment value for reality tv. You won't be able to stimulate a meaningful 'positive emotion'; if you're not consistently provoked negatively (BTW, positive and negative emotions are subjective. Different people see things differently!). It's just like movie. Good movies are those can CLEARLY identify/portray the protagonists and antagonists (i.e. Lord of The Rings). Who wants to watch a movie without antagonist?

It is the clash between "the prota and anta" that will eventually generate the positive emotion.
A lot people look it that way. Reason why Makosi, not only the most talked housemate, but also one of the housemates with the strongest fan-based.
