I don't think the rest are giving Eugene a decent chance tbh. All they seem to be interested in is bitching, anything intelligent, there not bothered. Although he does seem to be having decent conversations with Derek, i noticed this in a video clip the other day. But there is a point where you have to stop talking, and just let people have their quiet time. He has to let people start off a conversation if they want, and not be made to listen :D
