I've watched it several times....Davina asked Makosi a lot of difficult questions (which is fair and in previous evictions she'd been slagged off for going too easy, as you can see evidence of in this thread) but she also went for light hearted ones too to try and lighten the mood...but Makosi's responses were always the 'wrong' ones (in the eyes of the crowd) Makosi was treat very fairly at the start of the interview by the crowd, they LISTENED to the questions and responses and THEN booed and heckled after Makosi had given her answers (and a few times she got a laugh and twice a cheer)...it was only towards the end that the chanting and booing was constant but that was because they had just sat through 5 minutes of Makosi telling us how wonderful Makosi is and that she did nothing wrong, by then they knew there wasn't any point in listening to her answers!

It's not Davina's job to calm the crowd down, she conducts the interviews fgs, it's up to the security on the night to do whatever they feel appropriate to calm the crowd down, same as any other event. To be perfectly frank for as long as they weren't throwing anything there wasn't much they could do. People forget that most of this is pantomine booing.

Davina was uncomfortable during the interview, anybody would have, I don't think she was frosty towards Makosi.

If the crowd were getting out of hand or noisy during the interview, then all Davina would have to do, is to urge the crowd to keep quiet. The crowd would have took notice of Davina, but i can't comment that much on the interview because i never saw it.It was so obvious that she was going to get booed coming out of the house, but then there's taking things too far, in other words, carrying on with the boos and if there was anything being said as well.

I somehow don't think by Davina telling the crowd to "keep quiet" would have worked, it could have caused a backlash towards Davina if that was the case.

Every interview so far the crowd have probably reacted the same way, booing heckling and chanting...the only difference is normally the interview id done away from the crowd so what they are doing/saying isn't aired/heard by the evictees.
Its the production team staffs fault for holding the interview outside, not Davina's for allowing the crowd to enjoy themselves.

Unless the production team wanted the reaction from the crowd to make better viewing. Still, it just goes to show Makosi could take all the crowds gave her. I read on here that Davina asked the crowd beforehand, to go easy with Derek, i wonder why this was ${ Why is he so special for i wonder. He did have his nice moments in the house, the few that he had, but he was mostly sly and back stabbing, and nasty. Why people thought he was okay or great for i don't know. But, people are entitled to like who they liked in the house.
