I dont think I really want any evicted HM back in the house...I know if I had spent a few penny's voting that person out and they went back in I would be peeved

True, but we're talking about C4 and they prob don't give a **** about that! Any excuse to have another phone vote - they know people will vote, and that votes = £££s. Whenever new HMs have gone in before (Claire, Josh, Tim) they have struggled to break into the bonds that have already existed and also struggled to endear themselves to the public. So I'm surprised C4 have let someone in new this year. If I was C4's accountant I'd be telling them to sod the rules and line up the ex-HMs.
