Are C4 trying to make BB4 completely unwatchable?

I decided to watch a bit of the live C4 show tonight, but they've got this hyper-annoying Pick-a-Pair game overlayed and flashing away on the lower 1/3 of the screen.

It's hard enough to concentrate on the dullards as it is, I don't need distractions making it more difficult! What's next? Flashing lights, blipverts??
