I'm glad he won for what he was and did in the house. He was a good HM and a nice man. But he was dull in his interview.

Eugene by contrast was brilliant in his. Very sweet and humble. And even I'll get off his case now. Good luck to them both, I'm glad now they both have some money. They were both decent people, not the best HMs but oh well, the franchise is safe. Glad it's over, but already I am looking forward to BB7!!! How sad.

Anthony is definitey pissed he hasn't won £200k (and what a liar to go back on what he said in the DR) but as Finchy said, he is only going to spend his money on magic beans.

I agree with pretty much everything there. I wonder what prompted the change from 'oh well, I'd definitely have taken it then' to 'nope, wouldn't have taken it'. You liar Anthony!!!! I was hoping Davina would pick him up on it, but she'd have to watch the show for that I guess :angel:

Well done ant so pleased he won a win for club loaded I knew they were the best. Ant was a good straight lad and did a lot for the show, along with max, saskia, and craig,

I thought Eugenes interview with Davina was good and that he came across as the person that he was inside the house. Anthony also had a good interview but just couldn't keep himself away from the crowd.

I love Eugene, he makes me laugh so much, I am really happy for him, although he really played to the cameras which I didn't think he would do, but I wish him all the best! He was the only was who was cheered apart from Anthony of course.

There's nothing wrong with being nice, apart from alot of being seem to be that if your nice you can't be entertaining, far from it, and Eugene proved that by his personailty, everything he does is so funny, even though he doesn't intend to be as funny as he is.

Ohhh so glad you mentioned that

When they played the clips of the HM's going into the House, I thought to myself "Hold on... Ant just did the same routine coming out too?". Add that to his comment that he'd "learnt nothing" in the House and you begin to wonder what happened to the 11 weeks in between.

Anyway, just an observation really.

I did think Eugene was the better man for sorts of reasons and it saddens me to think Ant might have won primarily because of his looks... but win he did and I congratulate him for that at least. Lets hope by BB7 the public actually start to get the hang of the game and vote accordingly?

As I said on a previous thread at the time, I wondered if that DR clip had been edited by C4 (because I think that they really wanted Eugene to win). I remember reading on the C4 site that Anthony had said in the DR that if he had the choice of winning BB or having £50,000, he would have chosen to win BB, so I wondered if somehow that DR discussion had been edited to make it look as though he said he would have taken the £50,000, because it didn't seem to follow on properly, I thought.
