Anthony seemed much more arrogant out of the house than he did in it, which is odd - usually the HMs seem nicer once they're out.

I'm even more glad that Eugene took the 50k now. Eugene was robbed! A far worthier winner IMO.

Makosi's treatment was awful, anyone would have thought she was a Nazi war criminal they way that crowd was going on. They should ditch the outside interviews for next year - that was sheer humiliation bordering on abuse.

I agree, Anthony is one of the few who seemed even more unpleasant out of the house. Maxwell was as vile and while Makosi was arrogant and cold, at least she stood up for herself and kept a little dignity in the light of a disgusting reception from the mob.

Anthony was very excited - he'd just won. Brian Dowlings interview wasn't great either when he won. Stop flippin begrudging the guy. Eugene got his €50 grand and so did Anthony. Anthony's interview wasn't great, I agree but he'd just won and allow for him being overwhelmed please.

Makosi deserved what she got. And she came across even in her interview as a wicked and unpleasant person. The way she sneered at the other girls who had been housemates, waving her hand at them as if they were nothing. Vanessa looked gutted. Makosi behaved dreadfully both in the house and out of it.

I've always thought that the Final Interviews are a bit of an anti-climax - preferred it when Davina used to go into the house, because at least then the winners could hear the questions properly.

I wasn't surprised Anthony won - he was an o.k. housemate, not disliked by many viewers, but if someone had only seen the final hour of BB they'd be wondering why in God's name anyone would have bothered watching any of BB at all..

Brian's interview wasn't great because he was so 'dazed and confused' at having won. Something he didn't even consider possible until he realised Dean had come third - you can see this from his face if you watch the final back. Davina loved his interview, she has said so many times.

I would have preferred Eugene to win but was not surprised Anthony did. I was very surprised at how much he played up to the crowd and the photographers when he did though. I suppose we should have expected it having remembered his entrance. I did feel his exit from the house fell a little flat.

I did not like Makosi but didn't feel her treatment at the hands of the crowd was at all acceptable. She got a much worse reception than either Derek or Craig and she was certainly no worse in the house than either of them.

It's the arrogance and vanity of Anthony I can't bear. Never mind, he will sink without trace quicker than any of the other winners I imagine. To think that back in BB1 we thought Craig was thick!!!

To be honest, is "winning" really that important? The housemate who has done the best out of the whole Big Brother thing is Jade and she finished third. Anybody who survives in that house for longer than the first few weeks has the potential to do something off the back of it if they have the talent or the opportunities. I honestly can't see Anthony doing an awful lot. Behind the vanity he does seem like a decent lad but for me, he doesn't have the charisma of previous winners or the brains to make anything major out of it. Can't really see any of this year's bunch becoming media stars to be honest. Thank GOD for that!

As for Anthony being a great winner. No chance, Makosi would of deserved it. Fair enough she's lied, bitched, argued but at least she entertained us, not like that plank Anthony. Even Kinga deserved it more than him. You have your opinion, I have mine...end of!!

Not sure where Davina got the idea Anthony can start his TV presener career now - he can't even talk. Yes I know he's a Geordie and I love the accent, and yes it was a difficult time - but I can't remember him stringing more than two words together that didn't involve saying

'off the scale or mint'. Not the best interview ever - but then Davina is probably one of the worst hosts for this type of show.

I am not getting into an argument with you, either, but as a former Hm your insults of Anthony and Eugene were out of order.

Without saying Anthony was a muppet and complaining about being compared to Eugene I wouldn't have had an issue with what you say.

As a Hm from the worst BB ever I just don't think you are talking from a position of strength.

Anthony is a variety of things. Bland, wallpaper, dull, somewhat empty. The question from BB about his favourite colour is the ultimate in examples of just how lacking the guy is. Oh well, he won, and I wish him well. He'll fade away..there is no doubt of that. I hope he enjoys the 50k, and has a good few things.

Yet he was indeed one of the few 'nice' people in the house. I don't know, it just seems a bit of a let down, but then thats how the votes went ! We sure have had some crazy eviction results this past series.
