I was having another discussion with my Mum and Dad who have very different views on who they want to win this year. Dad had sort of persuaded me with his argument for voting to keep the annoying ones in - "however" - that's all very well if you don't mind someone annoying winning the money. Dad's not bothered about who wins the cash, preferring to be entertained/annoyed during the series. I'm swithering - I would rather someone I like won the prize.

Me too. I want to keep the annoying ones (as long as they don't commit or intend to commit crime against other housemates) for entertainment. But eventually, I want the 'good one' to win.

I would rather someone I like to win the prize too. Its always great to see the winner so happy but would be a bit of a bonus if it was a housemate you really liked.

I've been reasonably happy with -and for- the winner every year except one and I think it is very disappointing when someone "undeserving" wins.I feel this will happen this year for sure.

I would always prefer the troublemakers to be booted as i have great sympathy for the HM's having to live with such people.(so I would have to feel that the HM's dislike of Science is well founded even though as a viewer he seems OK).Always remember that whatever the HM's motives for being iin the house they are still human beings like you and me.(applies to this excessive boo-ing on eviction as well)

I've only been really disappointed with 2 winners

the first one, because of the myth of "Craig the Hero"
and last year's, because of the "struggle" for Nadia

I rooted for Ray to win BB4, as he seemed the most fun (but I don't begrude Cameron his win)

so ideally I would like it be someone I like, so Anthony, Science and maybe even Fatal Attraction Craig

I was gutted that Kate won and I think she ruined her big night by being so drunk and it wasn't great to watch either.

I was delighted Craig won, I didn't mind who won between Brian and Helen as I really liked them both. I wanted Tickle to win but was happy enough that either Ray or Cameron won. And I wanted Nadia to win last year

I would like a nice person to win and enjoy the cash unfortunately there is such a dearth of rerally nasty folks in there that two only come near that is ant and craig the rest in there now are truly dire. every year i havnt objected to the winners craig ok, brian fab, kate ok I would have preferred jonny, cameron, nadia , this year ? who wins they decide bb

I'm sure she enjoyed it well enough-I loved the whole evening-it was so unexpected.Her interview was well done with Davina (unlike Brians) and her coming out of the house so she couldn't have been that bad.

I didn't enjoy it at all Vilt. Just a different perception I guess.

My fave moment of BB ever, especially when the slime was voted out early in the night, but as you say Patsy. different perceptions

The interesting ones will mange to get more money then the winner gets outright anyway.

I am not bothered who wins, just want the ones I find entertaining there as long as possible.

Cameron, how does the winners cash compare with the amount of money that can be made with spin offs from the show?

I would imagine that the winners aren't always the ones who make the most money out of the show. I don't know the sort of money that can be made from magazines and TV appearances, but just wondered how it compared with brass from winning BB.

Would understand if you feel this is none of my business, and I should keep my nosey snout out!

Look at Jade, I think it's widely accepted she has made the most money, on the back of appearing in Big Brother.
