Presenter Kate Garraway swapped her early morning spot on the GMTV sofa for a spell with our Dermot on his, and then a quick session talking to us. The huge Big Brother fan talks about her favourites, eviction and who her money's on to win...
On a scale of 1-10 how big a fan of Big Brother are you?
I think I'm probably a good nine. It hasn't taken over my entire life. I mean I still eat. But I'm sure that in the next few weeks that will go as well.
Who is your favourite Housemate and why?
It's quite hard to pick a favourite this year. There is not an obvious winner that everyone loves, but I really couldn't bare Derek, and now I think he's absolutely fantastic. Makosi I really loved, but not anymore because of this whole pregnancy thing. And Craig and Anthony are like a couple so I don't really have a favourite. And that is really rare because normally by now I'm really behind one person.
Who do you want to be evicted this week?
I wouldn't be sorry to see Orlaith or Vanessa go. Vanessa because I think that she is just so bitchy, she's quite entertaining in her bitchyness, but she's just too bitchy and two-faced, like her and Makosi talking about Orlaith and saying to her that she's fantastic. Orlaith, I just feel that she was really big in the beginning and now she's had her run so I think she should go.
You present on GMTV. If your co-presenter was ill which Housemate would you choose to replace them for a day and why?
I tell you what, when Eugene had to do the fashion show he was very good, kind of Alan Partridge, so I think it would be Eugene.
You have to get up early to present on GMTV, what do you recommend as a good wake up call for the Housemates to get them out their beds?
There is no good wake up call. Anything that's like a siren, anything that continues with a horrible sound.
Which Housemate do you think would make a good guest and interviewee on GMTV?
They'd all be pretty good actually; I would like to have them all on there. But Kemal would be very entertaining.
Who do you think will win?
I think probably Kemal.
What has been your favourite Big Brother moment so far?
I think Kemal ranting in the Diary room, Shirley Bassey style, but there are so many good moments.
