Battersea's Derek Laud has seen his chances of winning TV's Big Brother contest come crashing down thanks to a 70s disco dancer from Newcastle.
The fox hunt-lover was one of the favourites to scoop the £100,000 earlier this month but his odds have drifted from 3-1 to 8-1, according to bookmaker William Hill.
He looks unlikely to grab the prize as Anthony Hutton is the red-hot favourite and is now odds-on to win at 4-5.
The 23-year-old has received a massive surge of betting backing him to win and does not look like losing his position as the favourite.
Derek has agitated housemates and has even been dubbed the "Dark Deceiver" for criticising other contestants.
A spokesman for William Hill said the public had now become irritated by the housemates, and were backing the least annoying member of the house.
He said that Derek was now "treading water", but the odds could change as Big Brother betting was quite volatile.
