United We Stand... For Now
Derek and Eugene showed it's never too early in the day to rubbish your Housemates, sniping away before 9am while the others slept.
Derek had been up a couple of hours on his own and was filing his nails and muttering to himself. "The mole is still in the House," he said quite clearly, to no one.
Eugene got up and virtually his first words were criticisms. "Apparently they were doing line dancing last night. I didn't hear much line dancing. I heard more sitting down doing FA," he said.
This, of course, is in contrast to his and Derek's dedicated shooting practice.
"They were having a discussion about nothing in here so I told them to go to the living room," he told Derek.
"I didn't hear a thing," said Derek. "I can't wait to get out. They're so ghastly. They really are so ghastly."
Eugene had clearly been doing some thinking about his time in the House. "It's amazing I fell for a lot of their little tricks. Now it's blatantly obvious. The divide and rule, the bullying and the falseness. Whereas at the time they come across as reasonable, nice people."
Derek mourned the loss of Kemal and felt his presence would have helped.
"That's all part of the divide and rule culture, isn't it? If there's one mistake I made, that was the mistake," said Eugene, perhaps wishing he'd voted to save Kemal when he had the opportunity, instead of Craig.
"Yes," said Derek. "I wonder who would have fallen into the..."
"It may well have been one of the three," said Eugene.
"That's right," said Derek. "Probably Craig. Dear, dear, dear..."
Dear, dear, dear, indeed.
