The three of them, imo, are nasty vile creatures and posses the ability to discredit another human being to further their career's. Their arrogans/hypocrisy is/was breathtaken. They have lied, backstabbed and been down right horrid from day one. Would any of you be happy to see them join your workplace?

It would depend on what they offered in terms of employability. It's not the job of employers to make moral judgements on the personalities of their employees. Being horrid outside of work doesn't make you any less capable of doing your job.

I wouldn't be happy to see Derek to join my workplace. We have one bitching female over there, so we don't need him to look like an important person over there and doing nothing for his paycheck. And he doesn't have that kind of profession that he could work in my workplace.

I wouldn't be happy to see Kemal either. He just doesn't suit to that kind of work we're doing. We don't need divas over here.

But Makosi could suit to my workplace - we need creative persons that are at the same time somehow credible ones She's weird enough and full of energy to join our team.

I certainly wouldn't employ Kemal, he can bitch for the whole of London, and he could possibly turn god knows how many people against someone. If i was watching my son go on like that, i would be two things, very ashamed of him, and very angry that he could do this sort of thing. Derek was just as bad as Kemal when it came to bitching, except he did it in a more subtle way. Makosi has shown that she can turn on the water works anytime she likes, so how could you trust her if she started crying?? I think i would be very hesitant of giving these 3 any jobs, liars, manipulative and cheats.

Depends what kind of work you do and where - are they suitable or not.
