As, thankfully, there has never been an 'Alan' in the BB house, I'd like to ask people who share a name with a HM if you get any sarcastic comments from friends or if you feel strange watching the show and hearing your name mentioned. Or reading comments on the Web or in the Press.

"Day 2,356 in the Big Brother House and Marmeduke has been told to stop standing on his head..."

C'mon, I know there are loads of you who are called Makosi on this forum!

hmm.
Well so far we've not had a 'philip'.
There is no doubt that they'd be labelled in the press, with such headlines as 'Psycho Phil flips out!'.

Calrissian: aka Philip

I've fortunately never had any comments about sharing the same name as Nichola!

Probably because she was evicted early on in the first series, when no-one I knew really watched it, she's been forgotten about since, and most people refer to me as Nicki!

During BB2, we had a laugh one German lesson, when we realised we had a Penny, Narinder, Helen and Elizabeth in the classroom (not bad going considering there were only 13 in the class), and they tried to do the entire lesson in "character", much to the teachers confusion.

Avoiding the world cup? That's it settled then, I'm definitely applying!

Thankfully no Jessicas as I'd probably get so confused. People are like 'oh I love that Jessica' or I can't stand Jessica' - I'd be like whyyyy!! *brings back memories of the petrol tank incident* ::lol::
