BB FANS

Watching the 'after BB' programmes on C4, I was struck by the fact that it seems most of the hms seem to think they have a job on TV. This must be the highest percentage of hms who feel they can and should do this, regardless of their talent. I have nothing against them going along to parties etc that they have been invited to, but it seems they are just desperately seeking fame., with their agents and publicists convincing them they have a career in the spotlight. Didn't any of these people have careers before they went into the house? Surely in previous programmes there were always some hms like Steph and Ahmed who just went back to their previous lives.

since BB3, and it's batch of media-hungry contestants, the show has become a desperate, pointless, audition for a career in Showbiz.

Ridiculous, that these people, think , that they can make it, in the super competitive, cut-throat world of television.
But that's deluded wanabee's for you.

I think the only housemates who have the best chance of getting any work on tv, are them that were still in the house on the final night. The rest of them aren't really remembered at all. Building the tension up on the final night, this would have made the last remaining four housemates the most memorable. With the exception of Craig of course, since he and Anthony formed a close bond nearing the end of big brother.

It winds me up completely. There is more focus on their going in and coming out than there is on their just being in the house these days. The first two the hm's just walked in with little if any fuss. Now they are getting booed on the way IN ffs! I have no time for the wannabes. I havent even watched the follow up programmes.

Which reminds me. I'll have to start watching the follow up programme's, they are normally good, well, i think so anyway.

I think if your in the final four, then it can't hurt to make as much money as possible out of the big brother experience.

I think the papers and mags should stop paying them for crappy stories and pics and that the public should stop buying them...sadly that won't happen so what can ya do?

The only solution I can think of would be for endemol to screw them in the contract they sign b4 going in the house....something like 'they cant do any media we dont approve of fof 1 year' or 'we take 50% of all post BB earnings'

Sorry to say when i see a mag with BB in, esp Craigy or Ant, i often buy
