MAKOSI Musambasi, BOOTED out of Big Brother by angry TV voters, now faces being KICKED right out of the country.

She has confessed to the News of the World that she might be an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT and could be deported.

But she pleaded: "I love Britain and I want to stay in the UK. I love the people, they are warm."

That warmth won't cut much ice with the immigration officials who want to interview her this week.

The Zimbabwe-born beauty was allowed into the UK last year with a visa which only allows her to work as a trainee nurse.

But she resigned from her hospital job in May so she could join the telly series and has now registered with a showbiz agent.

Telly viewers turned on the one-time favourite to win after allegations earlier this week that she had won her place in the Big Brother House because she was an actress.

A showbiz wannabe website also advertises her services as presenter, compere and dancer.

But bosses at Endemol, the company which makes BB, denied she was fast-tracked though auditions after making a professional video.

Makosi says she only gave up her nursing job because hospital bosses at High Wycombe, Bucks, were afraid she could spark a scandal.

She said: "I had asked for leave, but when I told the ward sister that I had got into the House she said she had to speak to management.

"She said it was detrimental to the NHS and to the bloke that I was seeing, who was a consultant, if I went into the house.

"They wanted to protect him and how important he was to the hospital.

"The day before I was going in the House, they said I couldn't have the leave and I was forced to resign. I was very disappointed with my boss."

But Makosi failed to tell immigration officials she had changed jobs and the Home Office last night confirmed she had broken the terms of her work visa and will now face deportation proceedings.

An officer told the News of the World: "This is an uncomfortable position.

Benefits

"She is not trying to claim asylum or get state benefits but she has broken the terms of her work visa.

"As a result we have no choice but to get involved. That means she will be told to attend an interview with immigration officials. To stay in Britain she will have to apply again for another work permit.

"But she will be deported if that application fails.

"We can't let this one slip by as she is clearly a high-profile person."

Last month the High Court placed a temporary ban on deporting asylum seekers back to Zimbabwe.

But Makosi is technically an economic migrant and can therefore be deported.

Official notification of the Immigration Service investigation has now been sent to her home in High Wycombe.

Makosi had sparked complaints from staff at the High Wycombe Hospital saying she shouldn't be on the show as a nurse.

Verdicts

Big Brother viewers said she shouldn't be there as an actress.

But Makosi said: "I was 100 per cent Makosi in that house. I wasn't acting at all."

Within hours of being voted out on Friday she signed up with top showbiz manager Jonathan Shalit. She now hopes, with his guidance, to become a powerful star in her own right.

Makosi really should have kept a low profile in this country and not drawn so much attention to herself by the looks of things.

Makosi comes from a country where every 6 murders out from 7 is caused by family assault in Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe. And if even the half of the stories has been true, what has been written her life in there I can partly understand why she did what she did in BB6 if she was asked 'could you have sex in BB House'. She didn't basicly know until the others didn't that she wouldn't really have to - change in her image was so open after the pool party and after Kinga arrived. I can partly understand why she would like to stay in another western country like UK better than going back 'home'. Women are in danger in Zimbabwe, by their families, their husbands, fathers and brothers, maybe by their employers as well if they are male. Maybe she should travel next to USA?

The solution to her dilemma is simple, why cannot any of you see it?

She can so easily stay in this country. Why doesn't she just marry Blags!? ;)

What do you all mean you don't hate Makosi that much?

::lol::

After watching the final and seeing how Makosi was treated I have to worry about the viewers of BB. They either need to get psychological help, a life or perspective. I mean like or dislike Makosi, she didn't kill anyone, she lied, and was two faced and maybe had a shag big deal.

Don't lynch me for saying this anyone please! But I've read all the horror stories about people taking money on benefits while they slate this country, comitting crime... etc... But in my personal experience the immigration authorities have been steadfast and strict. As I say I can't talk about people I don't know. Just a couple that I do. My ex.boyfriend was deported for overstaying his visa and there is no way they'll let him back into the country. He lived and worked here for 7 years but was told to go back to Istanbul and reapply for a visa there. As soon as he left they told him he couldn't have it and turned him down. Maybe other people have different experiences but that's one of mine.

I'm only speaking from personal experience. That's all I know. I was just devastated (at the time) that they thought we were not a proper couple. We may have split up eventually but we were a genuine couple who got split up by the home office decision. The distance was eventually too much... living in seperate countries will do that to you I suppose...

p.s He wasn't a 'toyboy' (well only by 2 years :D ) we didn't meet on holiday we met in a pub in the UK, through mutual friends and he never claimed a benefit or had even one day of sick at work for almost 7 years.

It's great you have someone like that Molly, but there will always be people who will take a dislike to foreigners. If they don't work they will get called scroungers, if they do work they will be accused of taking the jobs from other people in this country. Basically, they just can't win no matter what they do. It's what i call being racist.

 Perlease lets get rid of her she is the sort of person we dont want here. This is a very small island and we are already overcrowded and we cannot take in the world and his wife, so I hope for once the immigration system takes a hard line but I doubt it. We are the only country in the world that give the immigrants more clout than their own people.
