(Some) Men can see clearly through the ploys of (certain) women - not only based on their looks and charms.

Thing is - if you're wrong, you're wrong, but if you're right it's a great sense of relief and another narrow escape welcomed!

I read somewhere she is getting death threats and hate mail and yeah fair enough it migh tnot be true but the way people talk about her on forums im starting to think it is.
People seriously need to get out more if they find pleasure in sending someone death threats. I wouldn;t do that to my worst enemy nevermind some contestant on a reality tv show!

You're right triptap - some people take it far too seriously. It's the same every year although admittedly, Makosi has stirred up more controversy than most this year.

I don't wish any harm to Makosi - far from it. She just went a bit too far this year. She doesn't really deserve to be persecuted or threatened for it, though.

Well I certainly don't wish anything bad to happen to the woman! I'm disgusted by her behaviour but 'death-threats'? Jeez! that's beyond the pale and I certainly hope that it is media hype only. I'd hate to think that people really are that unbalanced to threaten her. Whatever she's done - that's beyond justification.

There seem to be more and more people who get a KICK out of sending 'Hate' messages to Celebrities. All you have to do is have a look at the CH4 forums during BigBro, they are frightening.
DS gets that way at times, a good example was the other night when we had a 'Phantom' Craig, the few posters on line were pouring torrents of abuse in his direction and some of them were bragging about doing the same to 'Shell' and other former HM's who had ventured over there.
It would be easy to say that the majority were 'Kids' but I doubt that as some of the most vitrolic have been posting since BB1.

I think it is ridiculous how far people go. Makosi and Craig get A LOT of abuse on digispy in fact i think some members have even been banned for certain things they've said. Personally i found Derek a lot more bitchy and sly than both of them and yet he seems to be loved
As for hate mail and death threats a lot of celebs do get them so i would not be suprised if Makosi is getting them (and maybe Craig too) people really seem to have an intense hatred for her
Cameron you of all people should know it is easy to be misunderstood on big brother I mean you got a lot of abuse on digispy too. So i am quite suprised you are so quick to judge Makosi .

Makosi is not helping herself though, Anna. She isn't misunderstood - she IS actually an evil cow, lol!!

She's not exactly doing her best to minimise any hatred towards her at the mo, by coming out with some of the things that she is doing.

I actually don't think he is judging Makosi Anna, Imo, her behaviour was bad, but as I said earlier we are none of us perfect. I've made mistakes but so have we all. It's one thing to have a friend say 'you were wrong', to have a stranger (or even anyone) give a death-threat! OMG! that's just so wrong that it is unthinkable! I've never been on digispy

As for Derek! He's bloody not loved by me! I wouldn't give him a death threat of course tho! That's just wierd how a person could do that!

I wouldn't call 11 weeks particularly 'quick' - but I do take your point, and have said as much elsewhere on the forum. I always try to see the positives and report that way, despite it being very difficult at times. In both the papers I usually try to give the up-sides of the show - most papers go down the easy route of criticising everything and everybody involved. I admit I have struggled to see a positive side to certain elements of the programme this year and Makosi was sometimes one I struggled with.

Meeting her in real life would be a big help to deciphering her character. Or maybe not. We'll see though, I'm sure.

(and Craig too).
I've never met her so she might be a complete bitch but its just the housemates are normally a lot nicer in person.
