Don't send me to Africa pleads scared Makosi

BIG Brother star Makosi claims her sexy antics in the BB house could put her life at risk if she is thrown out of Britain.

The former nurse, 24, said she is scared to return to Africa.

She added: "The African websites are saying hateful things about my un-African antics."

The wannabe TV presenter also accused immigration officials of treating her worse than a terrorist.

Makosi, who broke the terms of her working visa by quitting her job as a cardiac nurse to appear on Big Brother, faces being deported back to Zimbabwe.

She was interviewed by immigration officers after being stopped by police for not wearing a seatbelt.

Speaking about her arrest, Makosi said: "Terrorists don't even go through that. Illegal immigrants are paid to stay here. I am here paying taxes and working but I'm treated like a thug."

Makosi, who insists she had sex in the pool with BB winner Anthony Hutton despite his denials, said: "I'm scared to go home."

Speaking at a personal appearance at a mobile phone shop in London, she insisted she was too famous to go back to nursing.

She said:"I have a lot of magazine and TV things coming up."

Makosi said other BB stars could return to normal life "because they are not in the papers every day".

She added: "I couldn't walk on to a ward now - I would cause heart attacks

ahh bless. She afraid she gonna get roasted in a giant couldron, 'Tarzan' style ? ::lol::

All those lies, her pool antics, her endless 3'rd person referencing - which she seems to be doing even more, its all HER fault.

Boot her out, and lets see what the natives back home in Zimbabwe do with her.

Calrissian: would happily contribute some wood for the fire

It must be a kinda scary thought.

Having said that, in the run up to BB4, housemates were warned that they may well not be able to live in their home communities again and I can't imagine the warnings would have been THAT different this year.

Surely they would have investigated her background before hand?

Taken on board what we now know, should they have picked her?

I think the more pertinant question is ...would they have cared?

Let's see how far her defence of "I'm not African, I'm a Makosi" will get her as authorities put her on a plane ::lol::

This isnt the only board I visit and several of them have ongoing Makosi discussions of this nature.

I found Makosi a difficult housemate to watch because you rarely saw a human side to her. She was very much building her own hype in the house and that overrode everything else.

I think people are taking the media hysteria way too far. No matter what she did as a housemate, she did make a contribution to society and I cant help feeling theres more than a little bit of scapegoating going on here because shes "famous".

The more we buy into it, the more people will pay to read all about her.

Lets take these issues as separate.

1) She was here on a work visa to fill a vacancy in a hospital that is no doubt as chronically understaffed as the rest in this country.

2) She worked as a "nurse" on that visa. Not a "housemate".

3) Due to a technicality, she has forfeited her right to the visa, as it expired due to going into the big brother house.

4) She behaved quite outrageously in the Big Brother house.

5) So did pretty much everyone else.

6) Big Brother had a fair hand in orchestrating what she did as much as she did.

7) Her Big Brother behaviour is irrelevant as to whether she should be allowed to stay. The only law she has broken (other than the seatbelt one, which is a fine and a slap on the wrist) is the work visa one.

If she hadnt been paid for going into the house and had instead taken an extended holiday, would she have lost the right to a visa? Are visa holders not allowed to take leave? (Genuine question, not sure of the technicals).

This should have been clarified by the producers of the show before allowing her to enter. The cynic in me would ask whether it was?
