Maxwell and Saskia move in
Well, it seems that Big Brother 6 has produced at least one pair of big lovers. Hot on the heels of Craig and Anthony buying an, erm, “bachelor pad” together, Saskia and Maxwell have announced that they’re getting a lovenest of their own.

The lovebirds, who were inseparable in the house, have found the journey from Islington, North London (where Maxwell lives) to Surbiton, Surrey (where Saskia lives) just too far. As Saskia succinctly puts it: “Maxwell’s cr*p and doesn’t’ drive and I didn’t want to be the driver all the time.” Quite right!

The pair say they’ve only spent two nights apart since leaving the house and enjoy each other’s company so much, they thought they would take the plunge. And, rather sweetly, it will be the first time either of them has moved away from their respective family homes.

I give it 12. But I give their careers a delorean thats stuck on the 1985 setting.

Delighted to see Max and Saskia are moving in together. A few of My daughter's friends met Saskia in Wimbledon last week and they said she was really nice and that she rang Max so they could say hello to him. The girls said Saskia was lovely to them and said she was really happy with Max.

Wasn't going to admit to this, but I also made a last minute trip to Wimbledon on the Sunday, having being invited along to it by Saskia at the book signing!

After they'd finished their duties at the event, they joined me and two friends in the bar for a chat for a while - we were the last 5 people to leave!
They are a geniune couple - they've got as much chance as lasting as any other couple. They're off on holiday together in a couple of weeks time, and are house-hounting at the moment. They clearly enjoy each other's company, and I had a really enjoyable afternoon with them.
They've got me drinking cider though, which probably isn't a good thing!

Thanks for that Nicki...we get so little genuine info on HMs(Usually a press/agent concoction)..it's really nice to get a real insight...specially into a couple who people were so quick to rubbish as a couple.Thanks

Please, please, please...This is the one thing that could turn me off from this site and that's constant talk about these silly pieces of work. It's enough to drive a retard into thinking they were normal compared to these 2 freaks

I think it might be to do with some other kinda more important stuff happening elsewhere on the planet Oh, and the fact that most of the housemates were completely non-memorable.

Simple solution is not to read topics regarding housemates that you don't like.
It's far from constant talk. The reason I didn't mention about spending Sunday afternoon with them is cos I knew it would mean a load of pointless posts about what a pair of "freaks" they apparently are.

We can discuss housemates constructively though?

I know I'm a bit disparaging of Saskia and Maxwell, but that's a lot based on the fact that they appeared to get together in the together sense purely because Orlaith walked into the house and had great boobs, and because I studied food hygiene, and I'm fairly certain that you should cover wounds with a blue plaster when dealing with food and not use them as a resource for ingredients.

I realise my comments may be a touch on the cynical side at times and I make no apologies for that. I am a fan of the show. That doesnt mean that I will always be a fan of every housemate.

Its just banter, observation, and an opinion. Theres no need for name calling, I agree, and theres no need for flame wars, but this is a discussion board, and for good discussion and debate it's often more entertaining, for me at least, to read the comments of those with opposing points to discuss rather than a stream of similar people agreeing with each other.

Besides, you shouldn't worry about sharing your experiences. If people dont hear about the off camera aspects of the housemates they dont get an opportunity to know better.
