I sure do Cameron. I suppose the people who claim their favourite as the real winner need our pity, it must be a sad life when you live it in a deluded and vindictive state.

Jade is making her money by letting people take the rise out of her, nothing else to offer. Annie, do you believe she has a million in the bank.?

In general, yes, but not always. Sometimes what people mean is "the winner in terms of X or Y". The reality is that the winner is the winner of the show, and of course that can't be disputed.

When people then conditionalise the winning (if such a word exists) into statements like "X is the real winner because s/he's made the most money/had the most partners/had the most exposure/vomited/cried/argued the most times in public..." then it means you can term any of the housemates any kind of winner.

I would dare to say that Jade's some kind of winner (perhaps in terms of contentment, perhaps financially), because she freely admits that she has no actual talent or reason for being a schmelebrity, yet she's making a decent living and appears to be happy doing it. I would say that Ray is some kind of winner (again because of contentment and other factors) because he has great fun doing a job that he enjoys, aside from which he was voted 6th most popular housemate, and is a great guy. Kate, apart from being the winner, is some kind of winner (perhaps in terms of talent) because she managed a turn at Edinburgh, and has such a great smile.

People can place housemates as winners in various 'categories' and term it how they like. I'm sure what they mean is "the real winner in terms of..." and for me, Kate will always be the winner of BB3.

The way she spends I doubt she has anything near a million in the bank. I also don't believe she earned a million, all hype on her agents part, imo.
I see she has gone from the bully, with her bestest friend Adele in bb3 and the first housemate to have a sexual encounter on reality tv to someone who is not very good at geography

she wasnt very good at geography at the same time she was the bully.. not really gone from anything to anything......as they were at the same time...
she has gone from not being good a geography to someone who may not have some of the money worries she may have had... and at a guess like i said before someone who is leading a better life which it was what we all what... not so bad for someone who is no good a geography !!!!!!!!!

She said on the programme last night that when she is low on money, she has another baby - or words to that effect - and that she'd sell stories about anything. You do wonder whether some day she'll sit down and wish she hadn't done it. On the other hand, maybe her life's simple bliss.

I dont care if she has a zillion quid in the bank. What irks me is the same old crap she is getting away with week in week out.

It's partly c) and partly b) and partly a) in this order in my opinion. Journalists decide who they want to write about and which way (good or bad) they want to write, because they have to sell their papers and magazines to get paid for their living. It's our fault because we read and buy these papers and magazines and are so curious that we would like to see them on covers of the magazines or in the news day after day. And it's partly her fault as well - because she is making these interviews with journalists to get paid for them for her living. It's a bit complicated from different point of view!

I would say its her fault. She is instructing her publicist to get her publicity and money for pieces in the press in order to make her living. Her publicist is probably a persuasive person trading on the fact that Jade once used to up the sales of magazines.

I would not blame the general public who, so far as I can gather from the people I meet and speak too are heartily sick of her.

I do not believe that sensationalist reporting is the reason because the papers are not using any form of journalism, they are merely repeating what her publicist tells them.

I would say she has spent a considerable part of her earned fortune on publicity (and I do not believe she has made £1,000,000.00). I like Madeline wish she would now disappear.

if the public didnt buy mags / papers etc.... jade would have dissapear along time ago like many other housemates.. it is the publics fault for buying them.... all the way round the public is the loser... press get money from sales, so does jade
i am not a fan of jades but i know if i was in her shoes i would get what i could out of her so called celeb status....

anyway... isnt her new show on tonight on ukliving..... more to slag her off for tomorrow then no doubt.....

It may be the case that the publicist/agent/manager is doing the touting, not Jade actively instructing them to do it. Just a thought.

I don't think anyone can just hide behind their agents and say "it wasn't me"(One of your lesser thoughts BB winner)
