Funny, I was just on my way home, through the darkened woods, when a wingless bat landed on my head. It told me it had been ambushed by a dark shadowy figure, possibly female, who was wandering the woods, wailing, and shouting out for a lost chicken. When she came across my previously airborne friend, she went demented, ripping it limb from limb, and then stealing his wings, went screeching into the darkness, he assumes back to her cauldron, where she was apparently preparing some sort of Stew.
