NO JOKE, ANT'S IN HIS PANTO..

"WHEN they leave the Big Brother house, life follows a strict pattern for all contestants.

They appear in the papers that weekend, at a premiere the week after, in panto at Christmas and then their 15 minutes of fame are well and truly over.

BB6 winner Anthony Hutton, below right, is now at stage three, as it's just been announced he'll be treading the boards in his home town of Darlington in Beauty And The Beast.

But as Ant was keen to show off his dancing skills (yawn) a special role has been created and written just for him as a jester. Excuse us, but aren't jesters meant to be amusing? Oh yes they are!

Just like he was in the house... not."

hey, I never did Panto....is that the reason why I'm still working
In fairness, I'm a sucker for not doing Panto, you can make big bucks doing it...in the region of £25,000 +
That's the reason I'm broke all the time  :D

£25k?

Why am I not working in panto??!

TBH, its a very narrow minded article; some people have done heaps of panto, and are still in the public eye.

No offence to Cam but there's something about prancing in tights and saying "oh no you didn't" that doesn't appeal to me.
Also, it's tough work, as in 2 plays a day for 2 months and unfortunately I don't have the time as wouldn't get time off from the 'ol job.

Fair enough, I can see your points ()^ It must be a lot of hard work, especially considering the time of year.

Felicity don't say that because I'm *hoping* to find somebody to go with this year and don't particularly want funny looks if I laugh at the outfit  I'm still laughing over the whole 'table', 'chairs' thing and I wasn't even there (at that point anyway) ::lol::

Patsy, how do you know I can't sing??? Just because I wouldn't do Celebrity You're a Star, doesn't mean I can't sing ::lol::
Looking back now, I wish I done it considering Dave Mitchell from Fair City won it and he hasn't a note in his head. I'm glad he won it though coz firstly, he's a friend and secondly...it gives us no noters a hope :D

GG, I will pop around to your workplace to do a "Ray Makes Your Day" if you want...Patsy got to see me in action..great fun we had..and I nearly got molested by a 40 year old woman who acts like a 21 year old ::lol:: She was hilarious

I still think that's one of the best names ever ::lol::

You need to come to Aberdeen although it may be problematic during a radio show!

Well I think it's fantastic ::lol::

I should plug my show to you but it's not something I can do on here unfortunately... virtually everyone I know is coming  Maybe that's a slight exaggeration but it seems like it...

Like I said I'm hoping to go to see the panto at some point this year... it's just a matter of when. Both my parents have very busy jobs so getting into town is problematic. Hope you have a ball if you do come to Aberdeen, it really is a great place and HMT (the place where the panto is performed) is wonderful.
