well if we watch THIS space then we don't have much hope of seeing you surely!

Infact I have about 0% chance of seeing you out and about because next week I have exams I won't be leaving this town :(

Ask them to keep copies of the you-know-what at the you-know-where and you'll be ok! ;)

I seriously do not have a clue what you're on about :-?

You definitely can't have copies of what we used to refer to as 'you know what' or was that 'you know who'?!

ROSES ARE RED, VIOLETS ARE BLUE, CAMERON'S HITTING THE STREETS - AND IT COULD BE YOU!

The Romeo of Roses is out there!

Yes, every lady's ideal man - handsome Big Brother winner Cameron Stout - is on Day One of his Search For The Golden Rose.

By popular demand after last year's huge success, every day this week our tuxedoed Prince Charming is on a mission to woo North-east women.

With a romantic red rose in his buttonhole, Cameron has another 1,000 of the love tokens to give away in our Valentine's Day competition.

Shopping centres, offices, housing estates, parks and leisure complexes - the Evening Express columnist will sweet-talk women of all ages.

And at the end of the week, he will choose the lucky lady he believes deserves the golden rose.

Along with it comes the prize of a luxury weekend in Paris - the city of love.

Cameron set out in his bright pink stretch Limo this morning and handed out 50 roses

to shoppers and staff at Asda, Bridge of Dee.

One of the first shoppers to get a rose was 21-week-old Amy Lawrence who was there with her mum Fiona, of Hazlehead.

Cameron said: "When she grows up she'll be a real heart breaker."

Last year bubbly Liz Middleton, of Ellon, won the prize.

Cameron said: "Liz got the centre of Ellon buzzing as soon as we arrived last year. I couldn't fail to spot her.

"So this year, ladies, do your own thing to catch my eye. I'm looking for someone with the wow-factor to get my Golden Rose."

We'll publish photographs of Cameron and his rose ladies all week.

The climax comes next Monday when we'll publish the photographs of 60 finalists in a special Golden Rose supplement.

Cameron will then choose his winner and head out to present his Golden Rose around 7pm

.

But unless

the woman has a copy of the Golden Rose supplement, she will miss out on the prize.

Cameron will then move on to the person he has chosen as his runner-up.

So remember, keep your eye open for our Mr Right and his roses all this week.

Bet Muppet's having a brilliant time but oh... my... goodness! A PINK limo?!! I never knew you got such a thing, remember finding pictures of them for that A-Z of cars game but presumed there were just American or something - not in Aberdeen

Why why why are the exams this week?!! I sooo want to spot the pink limo! Some people have all the luck! ::lol::

That pink limo is obviously having an effect already!

COOL CITIES TOP 10 FOR HOT LOVERS

LOVERS who want a romantic weekend away head to... Aberdeen.

The Scottish city, better known for its freezing weather, was yesterday voted the No1 alternative romantic hotspot.

Nearly half of the 1,000 quizzed plumped for the city because of its cathedral and malt whisky trail.

Portsmouth came second with sweethearts lured by the waterfront restaurants. And Coventry was third for its attractive woodland walks and canal cruises.

Nissan spokesman John Parslow said: "Holding hands by the river or candlelit dinners make for a wonderful weekend and are not the exclusive preserve of London."

The Top 10 are: 1 Aberdeen, 2 Portsmouth, 3 Coventry, 4 Liverpool, 5 Stoke-on-Trent, 6 Sheffield, 7 Hull, 8 Leicester, 9 Manchester, 10 Birmingham.

KING OF HEARTS ... AND FLOWERS

MOREEN SIMPSON

Teenagers, students, young mums, shop assistants, grannies and great-grannies.

All the girls of every age just love Cameron Stout.

And the King of Hearts kissed and cuddled hundreds of them on the first, hectic day of his Search for the Golden Rose.

Our Romeo of the Roses was knocked out by the excited reception everywhere he went.

He said: "It really is wild. Everywhere I go I see ladies with lovely smiles."

One of the most delighted to get a rose was Asda, Bridge of Dee, bakery manager Denise Kerr, whose friends had requested her visit from Casanova Cameron.

Denise said: "He's a lovely person. And I think he needs a special gift."

So she promptly presented him with a still-warm pack of delicious muffins.

Next stop was St Nicholas House where Cameron toured several of the departments.

Gobsmacked is the only word to described Gail Brechin from Danestone when he appeared at her side in one of the council restaurants.

He revealed her friend Donna Reid had made the secret request.

At The Mall Trinity a group of students started screaming when they caught sight of the former Big Brother winner.

"He's brilliant," said Katie Udall, from Hillhead Halls of residence.

At Debenham's, Cameron's first rose went to blonde-haired Oasis assistant Melleisa Rich from the city centre.

Her arm was heavily strapped after a bad fall while ice-skating.

"A www," said Cameron. "Were you having a day out with your boyfriend?"

The 25-year-old smiled and said: "I don't have a boyfriend. But I'll be your girl."

In what seemed like the blink of an eye all but one of the 200 roses had gone.

The last went to Lorraine Carter, a Shoe Express assistant from Bridge of Don.

At the end of the week, Cameron will pick 60 finalists from the 1,000 ladies he gives roses to.

They will all be featured in a special supplement next Monday.

That evening our Romeo will knock on the lucky winner's door.

But if she doesn't have a copy of the supplement she won't win a dream holiday to Paris, the City of Love.

And remember, Cameron is out and about in Search for the Golden Rose again today. So watch out.

I hear Cameron was in the same place as somebody I know rather well twice yesterday... fortunately for him said person is male though ::lol::

I seem to remember that Cameron went down with a nasty cold after giving out all those roses last year - probably through kissing too many ladies! ;)
