TV show winner is a regular at a Wharf bar

A PORTUGUESE partying transsexual is the latest big name to call Canary Wharf home.
Big Brother winner Nadia Almada has just moved to the area - and has already adopted trendy drinking hole Smollensky's as her favourite haunt.
Nadia, who won more than £60,000 in the hit reality TV show back in 2004, has been busy checking out the talent in the Reuters Plaza bar with fellow BB contestant Dan Bryan.
Smollensky's bar manager Shannon Hughes said: "She's becoming a real regular. She is a lovely person, really down to earth and pleasant. She likes our cocktails. She's been getting a lot of attention when she's been in. We had one guy professing his love for her the other night.
"She is looking great. She's gone blonde and I think she's had a boob job as well."
Nadia, who is seldom out of the news for her partying antics, is likely to become a lively addition to the Wharf's buzzing nightlife.
She won over the nation with her hysterical tantrums and chain-smoking ways on the Channel 4 programme - but failed to make an impression when she appeared on the Australian version of the show. After her pop career failed to take off and several relationships ended in disaster she checked herself into the Priory Clinic. But here's hoping her new start in Canary Wharf will signal brighter times ahead for the vivacious star.
Big Brother contestants are no strangers to Smollensky's.
South African BB star Vannessa Nimmo, who dated Kevin Pietersen, has been spotted drinking in the Wharf bar.
And when Irish beauty Orlaith McAllister dined out in the upstairs restaurant last September she was bowled over by Wharf businessmen.
