Bright sunshine and bright lights heralded the switch-on of this year's summer illuminations in Bognor Regis.
The mainly blue sky ensured that low temperatures failed to stop large crowds joining in the fun along the seafront during the daytime last weekend.

2005 Big Brother personality, Eugene Sully.
