Baby Eva has brought us so much joy, says Orlaith
Orlaith McAllister and fiance Gary McCausland as they proudly show off new baby girl Eva.
Looking radiant and back to a slim size eight less than two months since giving birth, Orlaith and Gary happily pose with the new addition to their family.
In an exclusive interview with OK! magazine, the 27-year-old former model says that being a mum is "by far the best experience and the best job ever".
In the interview - which is accompanied by a series of pictures taken at the couple's home in Richmond, London, Orlaith and Gary reveal that they hope to marry in Dublin next year.
And they also reveal that they to plan to have more children to complete their family.
Speaking about the arrival of little Eva, Orlaith said: "I thought I could do it naturally but I ended up having an epidural because the pain was excruciating - but weirdly, it was the kind of pain you enjoy.
"I would do it again so many times over, so we definitely want more."
Orlaith tells how Gary was at her side throughout the birth and says he was " amazing" when she started to panic.
"He was at the top end stroking my head, but towards the end I told him to get down and watch the birth, so he did and he loved it.
"It was a lot easier having him there to keep me going."
And she also says that she bonded with the baby straight away.
"It's an overwhelming experience that words can't describe.
"It was amazing holding her in my arms, especially after feeling her kick inside me.
"I couldn't imagine life without her."
The Belfast beauty says she chose the name Eva because of the late singer Eva Cassidy, whose songs she played throughout her pregnancy.
And she says she even enjoyed being pregnant.
"I loved it and I really miss my bump now.
"I see pregnant women walking past me now and think how much I want that again because it's such a lovely feeling."
