A UNIVERSITY of Hertfordshire student has won Miss Universe UK.

The judging panel included Arsenal footballers Bacary Sagna and Justin Hoyte, Kemal Shahin of Big Brother fame and Sarah Cornelius from the event's chosen charity, the Joshua Foundation.
