Well this is from today's Daily Star so treat as you see fit. The Star quotes a BB4 spokesman as saying.......''...... We will definately not be handing out condoms to the HMs......... If the contestants forget to pack condoms, it could get very embarassing. They will have to ask the others if they can spend some of their food budget on getting some.....''

Well if it's in the Star it must be true.

Surely there are legal considerations here. If someone caught something from another contestant after requesting condoms from BB it would be lawsuit city.

Not really, because the BB4 producers are saying that the HMs can have condoms but they just have to budget and pay for them out of their weekly shopping money.
