Wonder what area that is in? - we don't have it on the old Yorkshire Cable franchise yet...!

Just had email from Telewest support - should be active in the next week, so they say. They refer to the C4 website for a statement... ("Please note: This service is currently not available but will be coming very soon!")

Their email goes on to say "As we do not charge Channel Four to use Telewest's platform and we have to pay to carry E4 whereas Sky charges Channel Four and as such, has an advantage when it comes to having a better negotiating position, which can sometimes lead to incidents like this."

Hmmm - not impressed !

No sooner had I posted that (well, in next 5 minutes) than the red button appeared on our screen !

Just trying to find out which button mutes Sissy now...

I'll still be sending a letter to Telewest tho' - not happy it's taken them this *beeping* long...

glad to hear you've now got it :D
I'm in the birmingham area,don't know why we got it a day earlier than you...doesn't seem fair.
I've wrote them a letter too as I don't see why we had to wait so long before getting this service
