Where are all the cigarettes coming from?

Did they all take in nine weeks supply each because they aren't rationing them or running short.Would they be allowed to do that? :-?

Yes, I've been wondering about that too. They would have have to have had a huge bag with just cigarettes in though, at the rate they are smoking them!
