There is more chance that Dale has consummated his marriage than of any of this lot getting jiggy, (especially now Anouska's got the bootsker) but it wouldn't transform the show one iota if they did. Big Brother has never been about bonking. It's about people, and how we relate to each other. It comes alive when normal human niceties are stripped bare, tempers fray and we get raw emotion.
Jade may have given PJ a BJ (talk about going down in TV history) but the most memorable Big Brother moment to date is still the set-to with nasty Nick.Besides, PJ's furtive fumble wasn't half as riveting as the way he shunned her the next morning.
It's easy to find sex on telly. Genuine human feelings are rarer; and real anger is the premium. Craig's hurt is scorched into the memory of everyone who saw it, as is Amma's furious fall-out with Stuart.Rage is funny too - which is why Beadle's About got 14 million viewers.We need a screaming, scheming egomaniac with irritating habits.
