Christmas Eve / NY Eve
both rubbish evenings in terms of going out nights. Pubs charge entry prices, stick the drink prices up, and all the amateur drinkers are out in force. You can't move, someone always pukes, and sticking a bit of tinsel in your hair is the biggest fashion faux since tracksuit bottoms were first put inside the socks.
And on NYE, I hate the whole countdown to the new year and everyone doing the same thing which is expected. I hate auld lang's syne.
Yes I'm a miserable git at times who probably just doesn't like to see other people enjoy themselves.
