Quite CT. Maybe he's an antidote to Gordon Ramsay, who is about as alpha male as you can get. (just read GR's book - he really rates Nigel, which is more than you can say about the TV chefs - G says N is a 'timeless cook' not a 'chef')

Quite tired as well.
