(I got most of that, I think?)

My favourite memory of Paris is sitting by the Seine near Notre Dame, eating baguettes and watching the tourist boats going up and down the river. Climbing the Eiffel Tower and going to the Louvre was cool as well.

Do you speak any other languages?

We walked from the Eiffel Tower to le louvre along the Seine on the coldest day I ever experienced, absolutely fantastic though! Did you ever see the tower sparkle? (in fact that was a very good memory, shall explain more in a PM)

bit of Spanish but don't practise it so not overly well (understand lots more than I can form)... you?

Haven't seen the tower sparkle, no. Can't speak Spanish - about two words! Tiny bit of Italian and tiny bit of Polish and even tinier bit of Estonian. Would love to be fluent though.

Which languages would you like to be able to speak?

Well I'd like to be able to speak French fluently one day but any others would be a bonus, it's amazing seeing the amount of English tourists who come here can speak isn't it?

Puts us to shame.

Did you know that La Rochelle is quite close to Jersey and the boat from St Malo only takes an hour? (can you squeeze in any time TD?)
