ohhh good question but a tough one! I remember the excitement of finding a real starfish at a beach on the west coast of Scotland, that was brilliant!

Benidorm, probably the 2003 one. We drank some ale that week, and most nights/ mornings went on until after 8am. What a place, not just for the old people!!
