You just forgot a couple of things.....

That's exactly what he would ONLY do: stand by the iron board. To actual DO the ironing....speaking from experience: 'you would have to instruct him to do that also'. That's after showing him where the iron is kept!!!

And what about the constant/ irritating/ totally unfruitful 'channel hopping' thing they do!!

I once asked my ex to put some washing in the machine. Thats exactly what he did. When I went to peg it out the next day it was still dry. He said "you never told me to put the powder in and switch it on" aaahhhhhh

Dont even get me started on mission control with the many remotes

ROFL Oh that's brilliant. Thing is would be laughing so much, I'd be unable to say anything let alone be mad at him!! These sorts of things are priceless. Male behaviour is SO funny. (probably because it winds females up so much)

A number of ex's have expressed their views at how easily it is to get me out of a bad mood. (only happens maybe once/twice a year mind you). Their technique....wait for it......Fart and that's me......ROFL, and again and again. I'm sure I'm simply a warped specimen!!

Your story has got me giggling now.

We did laugh about it at the time. Not sure about the farting though TC I was surprised at myself for posting this joke in the first place! I think the key in life is to not take yourself too seriously.
