Big Brother's boozy boast
IN perhaps his dumbest blond move, former Big Brother contestant Jamie Brooksby has agreed to appear in a big beat-up for Zoo Weekly magazine, boasting he's blown $100,000 on alcohol.
IN an exclusive interview with the lads mag this week, Jamie Brooksby claims he's ``probably spent about $100,000 on booze and stuff'' since walking away from the reality TV show with more than $400,000 last year.
But when contacted by Confidential yesterday he insisted that wasn't exactly true.
``John (Bric) from Big Brother came and did the interview, and it was like chatting with an old mate and exaggerating and stuff,'' he explained.

And as for the beer his pictured swigging?
``(Zoo) brought a carton of beer with them for the photo so I'd look like a whacked out dude.''
Zoo editor Paul Merrill yesterday stood by the interview and even suggested Brooksby set a great example to young Australians.
``He's not an alcoholic _ he's a generous guy, and out of that amount he's given a lot to his mates,'' he explained.
Of course, that wasn't mentioned in the story.
