Going by the wording it's an old report. The show is now 23 days old.
It's unusual for RTL2 to show the best bits as it's on early in the evening.
Where as Tele2 while starts live coverage later on doesn't hold back with any of the footage. They will even repeat some graphic scenes at couple of time in full .

Based on last years show I'd say they have no inhabitions once they get started. Remember last year coverage was halted for a couple of days and BB introduced a Sex ban for I think 3 days do to the level of activity.

Last years DVD has some scene of Nadja stripping to entertain including a whole section dedicated to she when she did a full routine which included hot wax for another female contestant on her birthday.

The Romanian show at present has a high level of nudity and sexual activity which has already resulted in the broadcaster Prima getting fined for the content they broadcast and this show has only been running a week.
