That's correct it's on the offical website. Over half a million people auditioned for the new series that starts 27th Feb 2005.
There will be 17 contestants but the public get to choose 3 and the original 16 get to evict 2 of the three and the remaining one becomes a regular contestant. But it's said that with such a large base of people that can or will use others later in the show.
There is a list on the homepage (
http://www.bigbrother.com.mx) of 50 names which I guess are the ones the public are voting on.
There are also pictures of the house / set still under construction.
I don't know if Sky Mexico will have the cameras available worldwide but in the past it has been a mixture of free and pay cameras. Think BB1 was free and most of the cameras for BB2 were pay. I remember seeing a quad camera image with the Sky logo in the centre but can't remember if that was series 1 or 2. I do remember the guys playing a bit too rough with the girls for my liking which at times made very uncomfortable viewing or simply switching off.
