Georgi Sofkin, known to have performed in Bulgaria's first known sex film, said he would probably enter the next Big Brother.
The reality's show's first VIP season is expected to kick in March.
Sofkin told reporters on Thursday that he would probably be among the entrants.
The campaigner and head of the Small Bulgarian People Organisation was handing a medal to Spas Spasskov, the director of the Pirogov emergency center in Sofia.
He was decorated with the "Big Bulgarian, Big Person" medal of the SMPO.
