BB FANS

Am watching this now but just doesn't feel like a BB programme.

When we watch bits of the Africa BB that DID feel like BB so don't know why this feels so different?

It seems more competitive! theyre all about the strategy! And the woman keeps reminding them of that as well!Theres a strong sense of "every man for himself"

Win at all costs no matter what...not a philosophy I am comfortable with.

Thats the Americans for you they love to win, they don't believe in coming second. You see that with every sport they compete in which is why they are number one in practically every sport they go in to. Also they never ever seem to give up when they are in competition. There is a lot of things I dislike about the Americans but there is also a lot things I admire about them.

I love it ! It's totally BB.

I felt as I did when watching BB3 last year ... totally excited, glued to the TV !

talk about glued, it started at 4 and with the occasional trip to loo and making a cuppa I sat and watched the lot...

But we all moaned about cameron acting that way with the bitching and falseness...so why do you all like it now confused!

Remember Survivor was like this and that dies a death cos we in this country have a strong sense of fair play. Not saying anything against the USA (they do do well at sport) but lets just be careful what you wish for....

I remember lots of people moaning about BB3's wannabe and saying they wanted to see a more intelligent and mature set of hm's....isn't that what we got!!!

I have a real bad problem with the popstars popidol and fame academy thing - our music is now manufactured and the peformers are plastic slim good looking and voice or talent doesnt matter it is over 18 months since a british record topped usa charts and us wont entertain our lipsinked rubbish we have these days

Im getting old but remember the days of clubs brimming over with talent in this city (and they still are) but they dont meet the criteria on the looks but have the voice and musical talent

but agree with what you said

Difference with Cameron's sport was that he was homophobic etc and the real reason many didn't like him. I said previously if people didn't suss out the real Cameron then he deserves to win.

Also with this show the people are aware before entering that this is a game show and will do almost anything to win the 500k, that backstabbing is the norm.

Over here we don't expect it to happen in the house and therefore contestants are more hurt about it. I think you will find that people in the majority of America such as S.Frisco or N.York hearing homophobic remarks etc then you will find that, that person in the house will become dislikeable.

Thats because many in the house have gone to college.
