Maybe the government could use John as a public health warning. Instead of telling all the kiddies their brains will fall in etc, when they pick thier nose and eat it. They could run an advert of John doing it, with do you want to become like this? slogan. Especially with the sores under John's nose. On second thoughts would not want the children to have nightmares and be psychologically damaged for the rest of their lives.
