Bez successfully collected the most money from tonight's Sticky Lucre task. Bez and the other housemates (except Brigitte, who had no swimsuit) were asked to take part in an optional challenge, which involved them rolling around in a sticky pit of syrup and then rolling about in a pool of fake £5 notes, that amounted to £10,000.

Bez managed to gather the most money, and was called to the Diary Room and asked to choose one of 3 questions. He was asked, which country uses the 'dong' as its currency. He was given 3 options: China, Bulgaria and Vietnam.

He correctly chose Vietnam as his answer and therefore won the full £10,000. Had Bez answered incorrectly, he would have been forced to part with the money - and the cash would have been shared among the other housemates (£2,5000) each.

The final prize fund for the winner now stands at £40,000 - but will that also be Bez's?

Bez's sticky arms ensured he ended up facing the Big Brother quiz to win £10,000 tonight.

The housemates were gathered on the sofas when Big Brother announced the results of the gooey money challenge.

Jeremy only managed to grab a miserly £830, while Kenzie wasn't much better getting just £925. Caprice's assets were considerably larger and she packed away £1230, but still she wasn't a patch on Bez, whose money-grabbing expertise was all too evident - £5770!

Caprice squealed with delight at his luck while Bez jumped up and punched the air.

Once Bez was secured in the Diary Room for the next challenge, Jeremy read out the instructions from Big Brother. Bez was to be offered one of three questions and if he got it right, he won the £10,000. If he got it wrong the others would share the cash with Bez taking nothing.

After Big Brother refused his cheeky request to hear the three questions before deciding which one to answer, Bez plumped for question B.

"Which country uses the Dong as currency?" asked Big Brother.

Bez's face went blank as the three possible answers of Bulgaria, China or Vietnam were read out to him.

Giving his first answer as Bulgaria, Bez then stopped and with a flash of inspiration said Vietnam. Correct!

"Come on, nice one!" he exclaimed. "I've never got a question like that right in my life. I hate general knowledge."
