While many remain speculative over the exact status of Andre's relationship with apparent new girlfriend Elen Rivas, Price is said to have gone 'psycho' after hearing the news.

And, after taking to Twitter to confirm her 11 month marriage cagefighter Reid is in 'crisis', Andre's new pairing couldn't have come at a worse point for the mother-of-three.

Jordan hits out at marrage gossip

Katie Price has hit out at reports about the state of her marriage to cagefighter Alex Reid.

The 32-year-old former glamour model took to Twitter following speculation that her spokesman would be announcing the end of the marriage.

Price and Reid's representative was expected to release a statement about the split on Tuesday.

Price wrote on Twitter: "Wish people would concentrate on real news, not what's speculated about people's relationships."

After politician's wife-turned-reality TV star Christine Hamilton weighed in about the relationship on the news review section of ITV1 breakfast show This Morning, Price wrote: "Who is the old bag on This Morning judging me? Nobody knows what really goes on. Shame people believe everything they read."

So, all week we've been waiting for the statement confirming that Jordan and Alex's marriage is as dead as her eyes. Instead, we've just received this from her PR:

"It is true Alex and Kate discussed a statement last week. Alex asked Katie not to release it as he wanted more time to discuss matters and come to terms with their situation. Katie has agreed this out of respect to Alex and because she does not want to hurt him."

What can we conclude from this?

1. Jordan wants to split up and Alex isn't so sure.

2. Alex has just received "respect" for the first time in his entire life.

3. Jordan wants recognition for not being a total bitch.

4. These are human beings, with genuine fragile emotions. Well, one of them is, anyway.

5. The whole thing is ridiculous.
