The Housemates’ Wizard of Oz Task
Pamela proves she has courage
The Housemates boogie nights…

Day 8

8:32am
Kerry and Darryn are in the garden dressed in their task costumes. They hear thunder and Kerry warns Darryn that he should be careful of the lightening in his Tin Man costume. Darryn laughs then shouts at the thunder.

The three Dorothys Bobby, Kerry and Sally go to the diary room in turn and talk about the possibility of going tomorrow. “If I go home that’s fine by me.” Sally says. Kerry says: “I’d be devastated”. Bobby reveals that he “finally feels a part of the house”. Sally tells Big Brother: “It would be a bit embarrassing to be kicked out of the Big Brother house first. She confesses that she has not “got loads in common” with the other housemates. Sally says she was not ready for the “la la land of celebrity,” but she says she has “grown” during her time in the house.

Bobby says it is the most memorable experience of his life and he would be gutted if he had to go tonight. Kerry doesn’t want to go home and says she is sad that she could be evicted and doesn’t want it to end.

Paddy, Darryn, Lucien and Amy are in the living room talking about waxing. Darryn laughs and says “Amy’s never waxed a Willy”. She talks about Vajazzling and her photo shoot which included being covered in Vajazzles but insists that it was classy. Darryn says that Amy’s new salon will be the “Vajazzle central of Europe”.

12:12pm
One Dorothy must stay on the Yellow Brick Road at all times. It has been 24 hours since the task started. Kerry is walking the Road. In the living room Amy talks about the effects of alcohol with Darryn and Sally. She talks about drinking vodka and coke and wonders whether it would affect people more than vodka and water.

Jedward are working out in the gym when one of the machines starts beeping. The beeping noise is the twins pretending to be DJs making a song out of the various noises on their machines. They work out using the cross-trainers and by doing karate, still dressed as Munchkins.

1:01pm
Tin Man Darryn is looking for someone to talk to. He tries to talk to Amy who is on the sofa asleep “I’ve never known anyone that sleeps as much as you”. Amy doesn’t move. “Thanks for the conversation Amy” he says, before walking out into the garden.

Paddy, Darryn, Tara and Pamela are at the smoking area talking about Princess Diana. Darryn describes her as “sex’ and says that she was the only person that made him star struck during his work as a photographer. Pamela talks about “Fergie” and Fergie’s children. Paddy mentions the hat Princess Beatrice wore to William and Katherine’s wedding. He says that if his daughter wore a hat like that he would have said: “what the f*** are you wearing that for you sausage”.

2:02pm
Pamela goes to the diary room. Big Brother tells her that it’s time for her task and she goes into the task room. Housemates are gathered in the living room and can see Pamela on the plasma taking part in the task. Pamela is joined by a Wizard and they both sit down at the task table. After a short time Pamela successfully completes her Courage task. In the living area all of the housemates cheer.

4:52pm
Everyone is sleeping in Oz, except Munchkins Jedward. They go to the diary room and tell Big Brother that their fellow housemates are asleep. Jedward say that they are on a mission to wake their housemates. They make some food in the kitchen and chop loudly in an effort to wake Amy who is asleep on the sofa. They succeed.

Jedward then take some shaving foam into the garden where Bobby is sitting in his Dorothy dress. Jedward wipe the foam in Bobby’s face. He wakes up and chases them around the house and it turns into a game of chase. Later in the diary room, Jedward tells Big Brother that Bobby was “trying to bring us down” with shaving foam. “Bobby was sleeping when he shouldn’t have been sleeping.”

7:24pm
Big Brother reveals the outcome of the shopping task. Darryn proved he had a heart and is awarded with a red heart. Amy proved she had a brain. Pamela proved she had courage. All of the housemates cheer victories. Paddy the Munchkins and Kerry all failed their part of the task while Lucien passed his Wicked Witch task by drinking the Witches Brew.

9:22pm
Housemates celebrate their win in the garden while Jedward and Pamela are asleep in the bedroom. Bobby pulls his mattress on top of him trying to drown out the loud music. Kerry is in the diary room talking about the day. She talks about Tara teaching the housemates to dance. “It’s all in the eyes” she says. Kerry takes off her glasses and imitates Tara speaking to the housemates about dancing sexily. In the garden, Tara dances with
Lucien and Amy join in. With Tara’s encouragement, Amy and Tara start to imitate dancing sexily around Lucien. “Mumbles loved it,” Kerry tells Big Brother. She says she was laughing so much, “I may have peed a bit”. She says that if Tara and Amy were dancing to her, she would love it too.

11:28pm
Housemates are getting ready for bed. Kerry and Tara are in the smoking area talking about tomorrow’s eviction. Tara tells Kerry “You’re not leaving tomorrow.” They talk about Bobby’s stunt with sweat and say that it has ruined his chance of staying in the house. Kerry says that she doesn’t want to think about tomorrow.

Sally Bercow is the first housemate to be evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother House

Tonight the first person evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house is Sally. When host Brian Dowling announced her name Sally smiled then bid farewell to each housemate. Jedward shouted: “Sally, you’re totally awesome. Go Sally!”

Later during her interview with Brian, Sally said: “It’s a bit embarrassing to be first out, it’s a bit of a loser thing.” Although she added: “I’m quite looking forward to seeing my children”.

There was a difference of 1% between Bobby and Sally.

Sally 's gone - she who has done nothing wrong [well she has where the Daily Mail is concerned] and Bobby who did the most disgusting thing to another human he could think off - apart from pissing on him... stays!
The staff at the Daily Star must be sick from laughing.

First eviction night and I feel it's been a bit of a non-event for those who didn't watch the actual show. I'm out-voted in this house, I used to get my main daily dose from daytime and overnight live feed, but not any more. When I had the feed I watched on the PC, with headphones, sorted...!

'They' (rest of house here) had some other junk on TV so I don't get to see BB shows. C5, being C5, don't let them be 'on demand' until the next day, which is pretty useless to anyone trying to catch up.

Yes, I know who's gone as I've been following the official Twitter feed but there's a lack of information, like the percentage of the vote and so on, that's leaving me wondering what C5 are trying to do to the hoards of viewers who were willing to give them a chance, until they started playing silly with us.

We know that the house is 'live' 24/7, so why think they can give us so little actual viewing time, which is heavily edited to show what they want us to watch.

I said before the series started that I'd not be watching, but that does not mean I'm not interested - C5 need to take note of comments on fan sites like this and look carefully at what they offer under the banner of Big Brother. George Orwell's book showed that every citizen was watched every minute of the day - which was the concept of the original BB show, wasn't it?

Technology allows for Internet streaming, which has been done before, even where we've had to pay a tenner or something to have that. They've invested thousands in new cameras and editing stuff, it just seems crazy that we are being spoon fed after all this time.

Trying to watch clips on the C5 website takes you to their Facebook page. You must be logged in and 'like' their page to see anything - guess who does not like!

I'm just frustrated at it all. I can watch more live coverage of events in Lybia than the BB house...
